Physical Property of Non-Metal - Density

Density of Non Metals :  Density of an object is equal to its total mass divided by its total volume.

Non metals  have lower density than that of the metals except Diamond  which is the most  hardest substance known. The reason of the low density of the non -metals is that their molecules are generally bonded by weak london or dispersion forces  due to which there are less force of attraction. Non metals also do not have definite structure like metals.
